This is the first phase to develop a penisula on the outskirts of HCMC in Dong Nai Province. Transform’s concept for the design of 332 villas are buildings which are modern and tropical utilizing a light colour palette.
Sun shading devices are the only things which decorate the buildings along with dynamic ‘floating’ metal roofs which gives each building a sense of simple elegance. The ground floor is mainly glass to connect the internal open plan living, dining and kitchen areas with the tropical landscaped area outside.
