De Capella Project is located in Binh An, District 2 on Luong Dinh Cua street. Luong Dinh Cua street is currently on construction for broader size and is connected to highway #1 that connects to Long Thanh International Airport.
After the road construction is complete, it will be one of the main street in District 2 connecting to Thu Thiem and Binh Thanh District as well. Its unique location allows De Capella project to have many different views of Ho Chi Minh City. West side of the building currently has skyline of HCMC including Bitexco view and the North side of building has river view plus Landmark 81 view as well.
