Sila Living is located in Thao Dien district across the road from the Saigon River. Upon entering the site, residents have a view of the swimming pool, tennis court and children’s play area.

The design further maximises site potential by placing 2 levels of parking above ground level avoiding cost and problems of waterproofing inherent in underground construction.
The building is organised along a naturally ventilated central spine wall. Each apartment interior have floor to ceiling corner views of the river and bedrooms access to a shaded balcony.
