This development features two condominium blocks designed to maximise views of the river which warps around the site. Each tower is split into two components: commerce and residence.
A 2 storey podium contains commercial, recreation and retail functions with an open design.The two frontages facing the streets are lined with shops to relate to the urban fabric and highlighted by a green line providing a very fresh look. Between the two buildings is planned for villas which is also developed by Transform Arch.
