The Royal Tower is designed to be timeless in its architectural language with the form and details working together to realize a building which is simple and elegant.
The building form is composed of mainly 3 parts: the podium base, the tower body and the ‘penthouse’ office floor with a sculptural pyramid head. The facades of the building is based on classical proportions with rhythmic bays of subtle articulation of windows and simple details.
