“Mega City is a city within a city”. It has a site area of 150 ha. complete with all the functions to live, work and play. Passive design techniques have been implement throughout the project with general focus on energy saving, recycling, good drainage and ample greenery.
Stella Mega City is designed and built to be a fully integrated green and clean environment which
promotes healthy living.” Each and every house are within 10 minutes walking distance to nearby green
parks, swimming pools, sports facilities, playgrounds and running track.
The project is mixed-use provide all the amenities one can find in a city including entertainment
recreation centres with shopping malls and cinemas; marketplace and supermarkets. Stella Mega City
have hotels, offices and its own exhibition and wedding centre. At the heart of Mega City is the urban
parks – it is gathering place with more shopping and entertainment spaces adjacent. The towers are
designed as new landmarks redefining the skyline of Can Tho providing modern condominium living in
the sky.
