The brief called for a 12- storey building ( Three levels dedicated for retail banking services; nine for offices) with an additional two levels of underground parking and a terrace roof cafe. The Tropical contemporary design features a slender, dynamic building.

Catinat is development of 42 luxury apartments by the river in District 2. Car accsess to underground parking is immediate upon entering the site to ensure that the maximum amount of land is reserved for landscaping. This concept also influenced the shape of the building, which bends from the river as reaches the road; separating the land to give a small forcecourt entry and larger landscaped space at the back with swimming pool and playground.

The CICT Administration Building is potrayed as an international office suitably sited in its sub-tropical location in Halong, Vietnam. Passive green design principles have been implemented, such as utillising solar panels for heating, low- E glazing, sunshading divides, water and electricity conservation and management, and green plantings.

The site is in an area in District 3 in Ho Chi Minh City, surrounded non descript, neglected pre-war architecture. The client wanted a distinctive serviced apartment building which would stand out from the rest, as the name “ Icon” suggests. The Architects met the brief by maximizing area usage on the site while ensuring quality of space and environtment.

Icon D2 is an exclusively designed boutique residential development comprising two towers with a total of 105 units. Each apartment has its own private lift and ranges between 220 square metres to 650 square metres in size. Located approximately 8 kilometres outside the city centre of Ho Chi Minh City, the site is predominantly green, housing existing villas and offering views of nearby Saigon River.

Situated on Tuan Chau Island in Ha Long Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a joint project between Studio MK27 and Transform Architecture. Caye Sereno comprises 18 signature villas located on peninsula, which straddles a marina to the north and Ha Long Bay to the south. Similar to the undulating iconic limestone rocks, which project above the serene waters of the bay, the design reiterates a dialogue of contrasts; of rough and smooth; and of natural and man-made.

MIA Resort 2 is humble project with small-scale structures designed to merge with maturing landscaping. It employs carefully positioned grass-roofed buildings, which allow every room unobstructed sea view. Nature is dominant force, and architecture plays a complementary role.
