This is a design for a 135 suites 4-star extended stay hotel located in the heart of Lagos within walking proximity to the Atlantic Ocean.

The design calls for an iconic contemporary building built with humble materials and formed to take advantage of the site and sea views. The glazing is strategically placed to focus framed views towards the Atlantic Ocean. There is an elegant simplicity in the design with no unnecessary details as all decoration stem from their function. The dynamic facades are rhythmic and seem to change depending on the angle one views it from.
