The project literally sits in the heart of the city centre surrounded by all the major cultural and government sites.
The project is designed as a city within a city where cars taken are down below ground levels. Large voids and courtyards bring natural light and air down to these "underground city streets" lined with shops giving them a human scale and a urban ambience. On the ground levels are urban parks with fountains, landscaping and pavilion cafes and restaurants. Towers are placed above podiums of shops and commercial services which surround these pedestrian friendly "piazza" spaces.
