Transform developed the design as part of an invited competition by ACB to house their bank branch and admin offices on 3 floors and rent out the remaining office space.

The resulting design was a slender dynamic building incorporating sky gardens which cascade up the façade. The solid ‘Service Spine’ for the building is situated towards the west to minimize heat gain from the hot afternoon sun. The building is featured in BCI Magazine 2008. Construction completed in 2010.
